We are excited to welcome you to Building healthier food relationships – A self guided course! This course aims to provide you with knowledge, tools and strategies to help understand your emotions and navigate your feelings and responses towards foods. In completing this self-guided course we hope that you can work towards better understanding emotional eating and facilitate building a healthier relationship with food. This is an evidence-informed course that employs clinical knowledge and judgement, and research, theories and strategies from a number of care models and training including:

This course is for you if you:
- Feel overwhelmed by nutrition information
- Have feelings of guilt, shame or stress related to food, eating or your body
- Feel stuck in a dieting cycle
- Are unsure how to respond intuitively to your body’s signals
- Feel you have issues with emotional eating or non-hungry eating
- Would like to improve your relationship with food and your body
- Want to learn how to listen to your body’s needs and nourish yourself well
This course is not for you if you under the age of 18 years or if you have concerns with restrictive eating or have been diagnosed (past or present) with a restrictive eating disorder (e.g. anorexia nervosa or atypical anorexia nervosa) then this course is not for you, but we are.
