- 100 g (1 cup) almond meal
- 70 g (3/4 cup) LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, almond mix)
- 70 g (3/4 cup) arrowroot or corn flour
- 30 g (1/4 cup) ground flaxseeds
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sea salt
