Ingredients

Have your Christmas Pud and eat it too with these tasty little gems. Made with all whole ingredients, they’ll fill you up and nourish you far more than the real deal…and they taste pretty damn good (even if we do say so ourselves!)

  • 50 g Pitted dates
  • 20 g Natural cashews, almonds or macadamias
  • 15 g Desiccated coconut
  • 15 g LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, almond blend)
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • Zest and juice from 1 lemon or orange

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a wet, sticky consistency forms. Roll into balls.
  2. If you’re feeling energetic, decorate with coconut flakes, dried cranberries or gojis and pepitas.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Share your Christmas cheer with loved ones!
