Ingredients

A deliciously sweet snack, made with every Aussie’s household staple… Weetbix! This is also packed with fibre and if you use the Kids Weetbix you’ll get a dose of iron too!

  • 5-6 Weetbix
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds (or more chia)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of pitted dates (soaked in warm water to soften)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp water to help mix
  • 100g chocolate to top!

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor (except the chocolate) and blend until a wet, sticky consistency forms.
  2. Press firmly into a tray. Melt chocolate and spread evenly over the top.
  3. Let set in the fridge or freezer. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
