A deliciously sweet snack, made with every Aussie’s household staple… Weetbix! This is also packed with fibre and if you use the Kids Weetbix you’ll get a dose of iron too!
- 5-6 Weetbix
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds (or more chia)
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup of pitted dates (soaked in warm water to soften)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp water to help mix
- 100g chocolate to top!
