- 30 g Rolled oats
- 1 Small carrot, grated
- ½ Medium apple, grated
- 1 tsp Slivered almonds (dry roasted for extra flavour)
- 1 tsp Pepitas (dry roasted for extra flavour)
- 1 tsp Raisins
- 1 tsp Coconut
- 200 ml Almond milk (unsweetened)
- Cinnamon and turmeric to taste
