Ingredients

A delicious, light breakfast that fits in a 5:2 fasting day with ease.

  • 20 g Rolled oats
  • 1 Small carrot, grated
  • ½ Medium apple, grated
  • 1 tsp Slivered almonds (dry roasted for extra flavour)
  • 1 tsp Pepitas (dry roasted for extra flavour)
  • 1 tsp Raisins
  • 1 tsp Coconut
  • 200 ml Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • Cinnamon and turmeric to taste

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together and soak overnight.
  2. Serve as is on a fasting day or with a dollop of natural or greek yoghurt.
